I was raised on real estate.
My parents bought their first fixer upper when I was just two years old, and their second rehab project -- our family home where I was raised -- was a 1904 Victorian they bought at auction and restored themselves (with the help of few friends who worked in exchange for pizza). That was the just the beginning of a 40+ year family tradition of buying and restoring homes.

After years of managing my family's properties, I am now focusing specifically on purchasing and remodeling single-family residences. I love helping homeowners who are ready to move on to the next chapter of their lives, and having the opportunity to restore an older home to it's original beauty. House renovation marries my love of construction and design with a deep desire to add value to local neighborhoods and communities.
